Adding resort fees and other additional fees to your listing

If you charge your guests resort fees or other additional fees for your listing, using professional hosting tools will help you add these to your listing price breakdown. These fees will be collected on Airbnb and, once added, they’re rolled into the nightly and total price of your listing for guests when they book.

If you use a third-party property management software to manage your listing, you may be able to include certain additional fees (whether collected on Airbnb or offline at your property) in your pricing breakdown through your software. Keep in mind that some software may not be set up to support all fees and collection methods.
